Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Zee Palm ("we", "us"), the operator of FounderWorld. By applying to or using FounderWorld you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use FounderWorld.
1. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 and own, co-own or run a business.
- Membership is by application. We review every application by hand and may approve, waitlist or decline it at our discretion, including based on the country you apply from.
- The information you give us must be true and your own. One account per person. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Membership and payment
- After approval, membership costs $0.99 per month (or the local equivalent shown in the app) and is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you in advance, and the store will ask for your consent where required.
- Admins and people we invite may receive complimentary membership.
3. Community rules
FounderWorld is for business owners helping each other. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members. You agree not to post, send or do any of the following:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that demeans people for who they are.
- Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything involving minors.
- Spam, unsolicited sales pitches, multi-level marketing, or repeated self-promotion.
- Scams, fraud, impersonation, or false claims about yourself or your business.
- Illegal content or activity, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
- Sharing other people's private information or private messages without permission.
- Malware, scraping, automated access, or attempts to break or work around our security.
You can report content and block members from inside the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing the content and suspending or removing the member who posted it.
4. Your content
- You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, translate and distribute it inside FounderWorld so we can run the service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other members have already received (for example messages) and routine backups.
- You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
- We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or the law.
5. Verification and information on FounderWorld
Verification badges mean we checked certain information at a point in time. They are not an endorsement of a member, their business or their claims. Content on FounderWorld comes from members and is not professional, financial or legal advice. Do your own due diligence before doing business with anyone you meet here.
6. AI features
FounderWorld uses AI to suggest how to tag your business and which rooms fit you. Suggestions may be imperfect; you can change them.
7. Suspension and ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your application information turns out to be false, or if we need to for legal reasons. If we end your access without cause, we'll tell you why where we can. Deleting your account or losing access does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in your store settings.
8. Our service
We work to keep FounderWorld available and secure, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change, add or remove features over time.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for the conduct of other members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
10. App stores
If you downloaded FounderWorld from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, is not responsible for any claims about the app, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll show the new effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using FounderWorld after that, the new terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
