Delete your FounderWorld account
In the app (fastest)
- Open FounderWorld and go to your Profile.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
If you haven't signed in recently, the app will ask you to sign in again first.
By email
If you can't use the app, email zubair@zeepalm.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my FounderWorld account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- Your profile, photo and username
- Your posts, threads, and their images
- Your application and any verification documents
- Who you follow and who follows you
What may remain
- Messages you sent in rooms or direct messages, and comments on other members' posts, stay visible to those members. Ask us by email to remove them too.
- Stories disappear on their own within 24 hours.
- Records of safety reports, kept only as long as needed to protect the community.
- Copies in our providers' backups until they're overwritten on their normal schedule.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings so you aren't charged again. See Support for steps.
